Note to self...

Hello self,

You are too big for you britches.  The scale screams when you step on, 220 is way too much weight to carry on your 5'3" frame, seriously. 

Today is the day after Easter, you feel like crap because you've binged on candy and crap for the last 3 weeks.  Remember this morning, you woke up feeling like you had a mild case of strep, but it's not strep, it's that half a bag of jelly beans you ate before bed. 
Quit being gross and stupid with food.
As per a favorite Pinterest quote, "quit rewarding yourself with food, you're not a dog." 
It's time to get a little crazy with your diet (or that's what others might say and think), be that fanatic. 

4-5 smoothies a day
Water and tea until you float away
Eating only raw fruits or vegetables. 

Do this for a month, and then do it for another month, and then be reasonable when you start adding food back in. 

Yes, those candies and that bottle of soda taste pretty damn good in the moment, remember it's only a moment before they make you feel like shit.  It's not worth feeling like shit.  Knock it off. 

Become fit.  You don't have to run marathons, or half marathons, or even 10k's to be fit.  It's okay to have 3 miles be your event and your 3-4 times a week goal. 
Go ride your bike, Belle is extremely bored hanging on the wall. 
Take the boys on adventure walks by the river, it's easy and they love it. 

Stop being lazy. 

This will not fun, but it will be worth it to not feel like shit everyday.  Be comfortable with a swim suit and able to take the boys on a nice long ride without it being a stress is worth the bit of pain until your body catches up with your mind.
